    Delivery Fee

    Yes, delivery flat charge of $2.50 per order in our designated areas,

    • Ang Mo Kio
    • Bishan
    • Toa Payoh

    and nearby areas.


    Can we self collect at the store?

    Yes, a message will be sent to inform your order is now prepared and available for pickup.

    Your order will be kept available within 3 days after order had been placed. If you fail to collect your order within a period of 3 days. Regrettably, the order will be canceled.


    What time will my delivery arrive?

    All orders will be shipped out between 1600 to 2200 on the day after order had been placed.

    *Orders delivery may be delayed to next day after order had been placed if there's large number of orders in line.


    Can alcoholic beverages, such as beer or wine, be delivered to public places like the beach or park?

    We comply with government regulations, and all alcohol-related items can only be delivered to the address specified during your membership registration. We are unable to deliver them to public places, such as the beach or park. Thank you for your understanding.

    We don't sell cigarettes because it can inflict significant harm to the human body. Making profit by selling cigarettes goes against our
    members-interests-come first-policy.


    Do you deliver to airports, military bases, and government restricted areas?

    We are unable to deliver to these locations, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

    Return & Exchanges


    If I don’t want the product for some reason after purchased, can I return or refund it?

    According to the company's exchange and return policy, all the goods sold are not returnable and refundable.


    What if I find moldy / expired after receiving the goods?

    Generally, all products undergo a quality audit before shipment. If any problems are found, we will exchange the product with you on a one-to-one basis. However, we do not accept exchanges for different products or provide refunds. The exchange must be requested within two weeks and the product should remain unopened.

    Does a CostVend Premium membership need to be renewed?

    Your membership is active through the last day of your renewal month.


    Can I renew my CostVend Premium membership for free?

    CostVend doesn't offer free or discounted membership, but rest assured that the cost of membership can be removered quickly thanks to cost price rebate once you start shopping.


    How much does it cost to renew a CostVend membership?

    Costvend is letting all out in members-interest-come-first policy. We are not charging for the next one year. We will announce and notify through emails when the date is up. One-year free membership.


    Renewing / Cancelling your membership

    Is as simple as signing in and heading to CostVend Premium account to renew/cancel your account at anytime.
